We particularly pride ourselves on the quality of our breakfast. We bake our own white and brown bread. We make our own jam from local fruits. The eggs used in the breakfast dishes are purchased from a nearby farm and are totally farm fresh and free range. Overall we guarantee you an exceptionally wholesome breakfast.
All main courses are cooked to order.
Our sausages and pudding are made by William Allshire on his free-range pig farm in nearby Caherbeg Free Range Pork, Rosscarbery.
We buy our pressed apple juice from the farm of Con Traas near Cahir, Co. Tipperary.
Our yogurts are made in Clonakilty town by local firm 'Irish Yogurts' who started up a few years ago with their custard style yogurts and have gone from strength to strength. Remember - Good food cannot be rushed.
